How SOUL collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated July 2026.
SOUL is a boxing platform operating in Cairo, Egypt. We organise boxing events, maintain fighter profiles and rankings, and offer rooftop training bookings. You can reach us any time at soul.clb on Instagram.
Only what the platform genuinely needs:
We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we run no advertising trackers.
Public on your fighter profile: your name, nickname, division, record, ranking points, badges, profile picture and your body-map statistics (where you get hit) — the same fight data any opponent could watch and note. This is the point of the platform — fighters are meant to be seen.
Never public: your email address, phone number, ID photo, password and private messages. Those are visible only to you and to the SOUL admin team.
One thing stays after deletion: the results of fights you competed in remain in event history, shown against an anonymised name. This keeps other fighters' records and past events accurate.
Every fighter profile is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes live. Global Chat carries official SOUL achievements only — nobody can post freely into it. Comments and direct messages can be reported by any user and are reviewed by the SOUL team, who can remove content and suspend accounts. Blocking someone hides them from you completely and stops them contacting you.
Fighter accounts require you to be 18 or older, verified against a national ID. Fan accounts require you to be 13 or older. We do not knowingly keep data from anyone younger; if we discover such an account we delete it.
SOUL runs on Fly.io servers in Frankfurt, Germany, on encrypted storage. Only the SOUL admin team can reach it, and access is protected by a password. We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
Questions about your data, a report you filed, or a deletion request: message us on Instagram at @soul.clb. We answer every message.
